how to change language?
If you mean the installer language, You cant.. Just follow the installation instructions given in post to install it, If you mean in Game language, Then you can find a file name with extension .ini in the game folder named usually, Steam.ini, Language.ini, Skidrow.ini, CPY.ini etc.. Open it with notepad, Find the line saying language, Replace the already set language to the language you want, Save it
