install directx your error will be fixed..
It may also be possible that you havent put the crack files in the folder. The crack file is found in the same folder as the installation executable. Just drag the dll files from it to the folder where the game is found. To find THAT folder right click on the icon of the game on your desktop and select location of the file.
I got it.
1. install the zip file
2. extract the folder anywhere (i use desktop)
use a program like poweriso to mirror the iso to a disk space (reply for a more detail explanation)
3. run the setup
4. right click the icon, go to the location and transfer the .dll file from the crack folder in the disk space to it (this might require you to disable your antivirus)
5. run!

when i click play nothing happends (reply to this one, cause i checked follow up on this you can delete the other one)
There should be a crack file inside the folder you just extracted from archive downloaded from here. You need to copy and paste that into the installation folder
Where would I download it from, does it come with the package of facebook, NARUTO_Shippuden_Ninja_Storm4, Readme, ThePcGames and twitter or is it a completly diffrent download?

Open the game folder, Double click on “NS3FB_Launcher.exe”. Click on “Controller settings” and then “keyboard”. Set the keys of your own choice. Enjoy
