The most recent addition to the renowned Combat Mission franchise, Shock Force 2, is now available on Steam. Immerse yourself in a hypothetical conflict set in Syria, depicting a clash between NATO forces and the Syrian army.

Encounter a range of contemporary threats faced by conventional military forces, including irregular combat units, terrorists, spies, suicide bombers, IEDs, and other lethal weapons characteristic of modern asymmetric warfare. Engage in the Task Force Thunder campaign, participate in over a dozen meticulously designed battles, or opt for endless fast-paced skirmishes.

HOW TO PLAY

Players are assigned intricate missions with diverse objectives to accomplish. The game can be played in real-time to complete missions promptly, or in the hybrid WeGo turn-based mode. In WeGo, each player schedules 60 seconds of combat actions, witnessing the execution of commands from both sides simultaneously. WeGo also enables game replays and supports play against another player via email (PBEM) or a hotspot on the same computer. RealTime and WeGo can utilize TCP/IP for local network or online play. The game’s unique swift combat system ensures extensive replayability, allowing players to forge their own strategies and engage in battles of their choosing across multiple maps. A robust map and scenario editor empower players to create battles or campaigns for personal use or to share with others.

Installation Instructions:

• Use the download link given at the bottom of this page to download the full game.
• Right-click on the compressed file of rar. and click on “Extract here”.
• Ensure that you already have the software of Winrar installed.
• Now you will see an Iso file that is extracted and you must extract it too by clicking on “Extract here” again.
• OR If you are comfortable with “UltraISO” software, you can also open iso with it by clicking on the “Mount to virtual drive” icon on the 3rd bar on top of UltraISO. Then go to the virtual drive and open it. This is usually just after My Computer.
• When you have done the mounting or extracting, Right-click on the file with an extension of “.exe” and click on “Run As Administrator” to start the game installation.
• Wait for it to install the game on your pc.
• Once the installation is complete, open the folder and copy all the files from there and paste into the directory where you have installed the game. For example, if you have installed the game in “My Computer > Local Disk C > Program files >“Combat Mission Shock Force 2” then paste those files in this directory.
• Click on replace if it asks for it.
• Right-click on the game icon .exe and then click on “Run as Administrator” to start the game.
