Ancient Cities is a strategy and survival game focused on city-building during historical periods.

Beginning in the Mesolithic era, you must guide your people through generations, advance technology, manage resources and populations, and deal with natural threats and attackers. Your goal is to construct remarkable ancient cities over the centuries in a fully simulated world and ecosystem.
Our passions include technology, strategy games, history, archaeology, and city-building.
We aspire to create an exceptional strategy city simulator that enables players to develop their cities over time in an engaging and realistic manner.
To achieve our vision, we are developing custom rendering technology for the game. This allows us to render thousands of elements on the screen simultaneously with good frame rates, providing players with an impressive view of their cities. Both gameplay and visual detail are crucial to us.
We chose to start the game at the end of the Mesolithic era because it was a logical and fitting point for the project. Each new era introduces new gameplay features and elements, mirroring historical progression.
We hope that Ancient Cities will become a robust platform for our future projects, enabling us to delve deeper into history and explore various regions and periods, such as Greece, Rome, or the Middle Ages.

Installation Instructions:
- Use the download link given at the bottom of this page to download the full game.
- Right-click on the compressed file of rar. and click on “Extract here”.
- Ensure that you already have the software of Winrar installed.
- Now you will see an Iso file that is extracted and you must extract it too by clicking on “Extract here” again.
- OR If you are comfortable with “UltraISO” software, you can also open iso with it by clicking on the “Mount to virtual drive” icon on the 3rd bar on top of UltraISO. Then go to the virtual drive and open it. This is usually just after My Computer.
- When you have done the mounting or extracting, Right-click on the file with an extension of “.exe” and click on “Run As Administrator” to start the game installation.
- Wait for it to install the game on your pc.
- Once the installation is complete, open the folder and copy all the files from there and paste into the directory where you have installed the game. For example, if you have installed the game in “My Computer > Local Disk C > Program files >“Ancient Cities” then paste those files in this directory.
- Click on replace if it asks for it.
- Right-click on the game icon .exe and then click on “Run as Administrator” to start the game.
