Pathologic 2 PC Game is a story based on drama and thrill. It is about fighting an outbreak that is proving to be terrifying and deadly for a secluded rural town. The entire town is close to death. You will be put in the most challenging realities of situations where there is no concept of the right choices. You are continuously put in lose-lose situations but you must not let go of rationality. This is a plaque where you can not possibly save everyone.
What basically goes down is that on the breakout of plaque on town, the residents have no one to heal them because the chief local healer is dead. You take the place of the healer and as you try to fix them up you must also find the missing pieces. The local kids are behaving suspiciously like they are hiding something.
You only have the time of 12 days to reach the bottom of this issue.
Gameplay Features:
- Loot, murder, mug, steal, barter, beg… or don’t. You must acquire resources to survive, and it is up to you to do so.
- Time is of the essence: if it is not well managed, it will simply run out. You must decide how to spend the few precious minutes you have.
- The fights are brief, ignoble, and nasty. Yet, they are not necessarily lethal. Many people, like yourself, would rather trade their wallet for their life.
- An uphill struggle. Controlling your physical parameters may appear manageable at first, but it becomes increasingly difficult with time. Your own body is merely waiting for the chance to abandon you and betray you. The situation is deteriorating and the odds are stacked against you.
- A duel with an unkillable opponent. Your primary adversary is the plague itself, an incorporeal and malicious creature that you must vanquish… without the means to do so. It is more potent and dangerous than you could ever think.
- Survival suspense. You must control your biological functions, compensating for hunger, thirst, fatigue, etc. That does not boil down to resource scavenging. It is difficult to survive alone; you will need to win over allies.
- Twelve days in a strange village plagued by a fatal sickness.

Installation Instructions:
- Download all parts from download links given below.
- Right-click on the 1st part and click on “Extract here”. Other parts will be automatically extracted.
- You need Winrar installed to do it.
- Now Right-click on the extracted Iso file and click on “Extract here” again.
- OR You can also open iso with software called “UltraISO”. Click on the “Mount to virtual drive” icon on the 3rd bar on top of UltraISO to mount it. Then go to the virtual drive and open it. This is usually just after My Computer.
- Once mounted or extracted, Right-click on the file named “Setup.exe” and click on “Run As Administrator” to start the game installation.
- Wait for it to install the game on your pc.
- Once the installation is complete, open the folder named “CODEX” and copy all the files from there and paste into the directory where you have installed the game. For example, if you have installed the game in “My Computer > Local Disk C > Program files >“Pathologic 2” then paste those files in this directory.
- Click on replace if it asks for it.
- Right-click on the game icon .exe and then click on “Run as Administrator” to start the game.
